Mini
This space is ideal for a small group of up to 5 people. You’ll have your very own bar, so if you’d like a break during the meeting, you can “gather” by the bar.
The room is equipped with a projector and wireless transmission via BenQ InstaShow. We also have equipment for hybrid meetings. A whiteboard/flip chart is available upon request.
Smaller
Hold your meeting surrounded by paintings by Johan Krouthén and a magnificent billiard table. You’ll be seated around a large oval table with space for up to 8 people.
The room is equipped with a screen and wireless transmission via BenQ InstaShow. We also provide equipment for hybrid meetings. A whiteboard/flip chart is available upon request.
The room also includes lounge areas, perfect if you want to split into smaller groups.
Small
Here, you have access to the Northern and Southern Banérrum, which can be arranged in a boardroom style for up to 25 people or divided into smaller group settings.
The furniture in the Southern Banérrum is in the Karl Johan style, and the sofa invites creative conversations.
The room is equipped with a projector and wireless transmission via BenQ InstaShow. We also provide equipment for hybrid meetings. A whiteboard/flip chart is available upon request.
Medium
This is our most flexible conference room. It can be arranged for:

For smaller groups, seating can be set up in one section of the room, which is equipped with a screen. When using the entire room, the projector is recommended, though the image can also be mirrored on the screen. For group work, multiple presentations can be displayed simultaneously.
Wireless transmission is available via BenQ InstaShow. We also provide equipment for hybrid meetings. Two large whiteboards and flip charts are available.
Large
In Ryttarsalen, you’ll hold your meeting surrounded by regimental portraits and magnificent crystal chandeliers. This is our largest conference room, which can be arranged for:
