The hotel has historical roots and modern solutions with a focus on sustainability. Instead of installing TV channels in every room, which requires both hardware and installations, along with high costs, we let our guests choose what they want to watch. The rooms are equipped with a large modern screen and an Apple TV.
Livgrenadjärmässen offers 16 rooms. In all rooms, it’s possible to stay either one or two people. In some rooms, there is also space for an extra bed. One of the rooms has extended accessibility. In one of our Classic rooms, dogs are allowed. Contact us to book an extra bed or if you are bringing a dog.
All our 16 rooms are named after our regiment’s history. The rooms are named, for example, Dagofficeren (Day Officer), Regementschefen (Regimental Commander), Artilleristen (The Artilleryman), and so on.
All rooms have their own bathroom, a large 180 cm bed, a screen, and an Apple TV. You can easily stream from your own computer, mobile phone, or watch directly via the Apple TV.
One of the rooms is partially furnished as a barracks. It features steel beds, metal lockers, and blue-and-white checkered sheets, and the bathroom is designed to resemble a traditional bathroom from the past. It has 4 beds. Perfect for a group of friends or the whole family.
There is a paid parking lot directly adjacent to the hotel. There are also charging stations for electric cars.
Our responsibility for the environment is integrated into every part of our operations. One aspect of this is reducing food waste. Instead of a sprawling breakfast buffet, you choose in advance what you wish to eat for breakfast. Everyone has different breakfast habits, both in terms of content and timing. We only prepare what the guests have requested, so we eliminate any food waste.
We prepare this for you, and you can enjoy your breakfast with us, in the car, or wherever you’re headed. For larger groups, we can arrange a breakfast buffet or even brunch upon request.

Classic and Petite
Rooms with generous ceiling heights where you can feel the echoes of history. Classic rooms are extra spacious with a large welcoming hallway. Some of the rooms have windows facing two directions, providing lovely natural light. Petite rooms are not small, just a bit smaller but have the same standard as the Classic rooms.
Our rooms feature exclusive 180 cm wide beds from Elite with a large, comfortable mattress. If you prefer two single beds, we can arrange that; please specify when booking. One of the rooms offers increased accessibility.
Each room includes a workspace with a desk and chair. All double rooms have large bathrooms equipped with a WC and shower. Otherwise, every room, like all our rooms, is uniquely decorated with great care and attention to detail.

Classic and extra rooms

This room is perfect for a large family or a bigger group that wants to stay together. The room features generous ceiling height where you can feel the echoes of history. The extra room is the old archive, converted into a bedroom with two bunk beds.
The room has an exclusive 180 cm wide bed from Elite with a large, comfortable mattress. If you prefer two single beds, we can arrange that; please specify when booking.

Grande
Extra spacious rooms with generous ceiling heights where you can feel the echoes of history. The rooms feature a beautiful bay window facing south. The bathroom is generously sized with an extra large shower that can accommodate two people. To allow more natural light, part of the wall between the bathroom and the room is made of a large glass pane.
