Terms of payment and cancellation
Payment is done by credit or debit card during check-in, unless you have booked through Expedia or Hotels. Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone at +46 13140999.
Cancellations are free of charge until 18:00 (6 PM) the day before arrival. If cancellation is done later or if no notification is given and you do not show up, you will be charged for the first night.

Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 15:00 (3 PM).
Standard check-in can be done until 18:00 (6 PM). Please notify us if you wish to check in later than the standard time to guarantee that we do not cancel any reservations due to absence.
Check-out is done on the day of departure before 11:00 (11 AM). Late check-out can be arranged for a smaller fee.
Breakfast is included in all bookings. We will wrap and package your breakfast and place it in the lounge fridge. It will be marked with your room number. If you do not make an active choice of breakfast you will receive our standard offer of two sandwiches, juice, two boiled eggs and coffee/tea.
If you would like a different breakfast or do not want breakfast, please notify us by 18:00 (6 PM) the day before. A link to the breakfast menu will be included in the booking confirmation.
Some of our rooms can accommodate one or two extra beds. Please add this request when booking your room.
Children 10 years or younger may stay at our hotel for free if they sleep in their parents’ bed when booking a double room. Children over the age of 10 must have their own bed. Extra beds cost 500 SEK per night per bed. Please add this request when booking your room.
Pets, smoking and stolen items
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. If these rules are broken, either intentionally or unintentionally, we reserve the right to charge you all additional costs for fire suppression services, allergy cleaning services, or any other services required to maintain our high standards. If any items that belong to the room are lost during your stay, we will charge you for the cost, and all stealing will be reported.
